1. Account Registration & Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Sidequest.
• You can sign up using:
  • Apple Sign In
  • Email & password via Supabase
• Keep your login credentials secure. If your account is compromised, contact us at support@sidequest.quest.

2. User Data & Privacy

We collect and store:

• Your email address for login and communication.
• Your points & progress to track your journey.
• Optional profile data you choose to share.

We do not sell your personal data. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Points & Rewards System

• You earn points by completing quests and activities.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• We may modify or reset points at any time without notice.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to exploit the system.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt Sidequest.
• Sell or share accounts/points.
• Use Sidequest for illegal purposes.

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account by contacting support@sidequest.quest.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide Sidequest as is without warranties. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by using the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or in-app.
